“This organization will provide a clearing house for ideas, information, issues and concerns for people in the C&D industry to support and participate in the drafting and amendment or revision of the prose for existing state statute, rules and regulations and to gather and store scientific data relevant to ensuring the proper disposal of construction & demolition debris.”
